TV Chef Ainsley Harriott takes a trip across the Caribbean in his new show Ainsley’s Caribbean Kitchen. He visits the islands that have inspired his cooking from an early age. His destinations are Jamaica, Trinidad, Tobago, Grenada, Barbados, St Lucia, Dominica and Antigua. Join Ainsley as he serves up amazing sunshine fuelled food!

With more than 20 years experience on screen, James brings a unique and invaluable perspective to all of our work…as well as presenting quite a lot of it! James’ drive and ambition is infectious, keeping the rest of us on our toes! So far as we know, James is the only TV chef to have described a finished dish on screen through the medium of contemporary dance.

Fiona is an entertainment and literary agent with more than 30 years experience representing some of the biggest names in the lifestyle genres. Her commercial expertise underpins the business side of Blue Marlin and a little known fact is that she is widely considered the most glamorous woman in television.
